Giovanni Pistucci was a leading Neapolitan maker in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, born in 1864. Active from the mid-to-late 1880s, much of his work was inspired by the prolific Gagliano. A celebrated craftsman, Pistucci won awards at exhibitions in Brussels and Naples.
