This interesting violin by Albert G. Rawling has a two-piece back of faint medium curl with similar wood to the head. The sides are a plainish wood, the table of fine width grain and the varnish of a golden brown colour.  The condition is excellent and the sound warm and round.  This violin would suit the student player.
