If you come into the shop to arrange your instrument rental there is no minimum or maximum hire period.  Hire fees are paid monthly in advance by direct debit and you are free to cease renting at any time.  If you arrange your rental through our Online Rental Scheme, there is a 3 month minimum hire period.  You will be charged for the first 3 months rental when you sign up and will also be charged a delivery fee.

No you don’t. All you will need are your bank details to set up your direct debit payments.

Speak to Hannah Fisher, she is our office administrator and deals with all of our hire customers.

With hundreds of customers hiring from us, it is much easier to keep track of incoming rental fees. Our Direct Debits are collected by GoCardless on the 1st of each month. If paying by Direct Debit is difficult for you or if you are having trouble making your payments, speak to our office administrator Hannah Fisher and she will do her best to accommodate your needs.

It is not necessary for you to give any notice if you would like to stop hiring. Just come into the shop and return your instrument.

Please do not cancel your direct debit until you have returned the instrument.
