This is the Quenoil L'Ancienne model from the workshop of Jay Haide - a stunningly pretty bass with selected tonewoods throughout and antiqued oil varnish. Violin outline, swell back.
With its sloping shoulders this would make a fine Jazz or Solo bass, but has more than enough sound for Orchestral purposes.
