Here we have a Czech bass from the late 50's or early 60s - gamba outline, flat back. It has a spruce Front with maple ribs & Back.
It is set up as a jazz instrument & has a good full sound. It would make a good student orchestral bass as well. It is in good condition having been recently restored & set up.
